At Combo A to Z, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every product is packed and shipped with care. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase due to specific reasons, our Return and Refund Policy will guide you through the process.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You received a wrong item (different book than what you ordered).
• You received a damaged or defective item.
• • You received an incomplete order (missing books/items).

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of content, or accidental order placement.

2. Return Request Timeline

• You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
• Any request beyond 7 days will not be accepted.
